Sublimation printing is a modern dye-transfer method that passes beyond traditional printing by embedding ink directly into the fibres or coating of polyester-based materials or specially treated surfaces. Instead of printing on top of the fabric, sublimation ink turns from a solid into a gas under heat and pressure, then bonds with the substrate and the print that becomes part of the material.

Sublimation works best on 100% polyester or specially coated polymer-based materials. It is not ideal for natural fibres like cotton or dark-coloured fabrics, as the dye needs a light base and polyester fibres for proper bonding.
No — because sublimation embeds the dye into the material, prints remain vibrant and durable even after many washes. They won’t crack, peel or fade under normal use.
Beyond apparel (t-shirts, sportswear, jackets), sublimation is suitable for mugs, towels, bags, banners, promotional items, drinkware and coated items — as long as the substrate is polyester or sublimation-ready.

Once design and material are confirmed, small orders can be completed quickly. Turnaround for large orders depends on quantity and complexity, but our streamlined in-house process ensures efficient delivery.
